This is a charming 3 bedroom house, about 5 minutes drive from Sesimbra Town centre, where the beaches are made of gold and the restaurants run by gastronomic genius's.  The bars and coffee shops are fashionable and friendly.  This is a truly delightful place to be.

The villa itself is very well equipped more as a second home than a holiday home.  It has two double bedrooms and a twin and further occasional beds.  As this is a bungalow, with parking immediately outside, this is a place that may suit someone who is disabled.  The house is much larger inside than it looks with 3 very good size bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The house is fully enclosed and about 80 yards from the main road and is safe for children.

The patio has fantastic views of Sesimbra Castle and a brick built Barbecue.

The lounge has sofa beds and satellite TV with English freeview channels and DVD player and video with loads of films available.  There is also a large collection of CD's to play in the hi fi. 

Very comfortable place to be, quiet location away from all of the noise of the Town.  Plenty of parking, all on one level,  we have many repeat guests.  Perfectly loctated just 20 miles from Lisbon and only a 40 minute drive from Lisbon Airport.  Sesimbra is a lovely place and is still a traditional working fishing port, a lot of money is currently being spent in Sesimbra and holiday apartments are spreading out from the resort.  Prices in the village are sky high, so why not enjoy all of the benefits just 5 minutes away at a much lower cost.  There is a regular bus service about 100 yards from the villa and a taxi ride into the village will cost about 5 euros.

There are shutters to completely black out the bedroom, which leads to a perfect nights sleep.
